For this school renovation, Shumate was contracted to install 3 cooling towers, 8 boilers, 1 heat exchanger, 1 expansion tank and air separator, 4 pumps, 1 centrifugal separator, 9 rooftop units, 231 water source heat pumps, 95 variable volume units 12 split systems, 65 exhaust fans, 15 electric heaters and 4 kitchen hoods with fire suppression/UDS. Direct Digital Controls on this project were installed The Trane Company.
