Detailed Shop Drawings

We emphasize proper coordination and design before work commences in the field. Since ductwork and piping are often fabricated and assembled in the shop for better quality control and speed, HVAC projects must be detailed to a high level of accuracy. Given advancements in computing power and software capabilities, projects are detailed in 3-D and often navigated for collision checking before the first assembly is fabricated. 

Advanced Software

Our detailers and engineers are at the forefront of the industry in fabrication quality design and detailed shop drawings. Using AutoCAD and QuickPen software, they produce 3-D drawings for equipment, sheet metal ductwork and piping. Fluent with Navis Works and Revitt, they are prepared to participate or conduct MEP overlay coordination meetings, including collision checking.
