The Point Berkley Office building is a 7 story, 138,000 sq. ft. structure that was completed in 2009. Shumate Mechanical installed ductwork, piping, insulation and controls per engineer plans and specifications. Equipment installed on this project included 14 McQuay Self Containment Units, 2 Baltimore Air cooling towers, 2 Aaon roof top units, 16 Titus variable air volume Units, 4Bell & Gosett pumps and 5 variable frequency drives. The Shumate Automation team installed Direct Digital Controls, complete with custom graphics.
