The Aqua condominium building has 25 floors that are home to 83 luxurious condominiums, parking space and an abundance of amenities. To provide year round comfort Shumate Mechanical installed 107 split system for the condos as well as exhaust and ventilation fans for the 4 levels of parking spaces. Also installed were stairwell pressurization fans and an Aaon supply unit to accommodate the needs of the lobby, elevators and other common areas.
