The Petsmart Fish & Distribution center in Newnan, Georgia is a 877,500 sq. ft. facility made up of warehouse and office space. On this design build project Shumate installed equipment that included 52 Lennox roof top units, 27 exhaust fans and a Packaged terminal air unit.
