Louise Radloff Middle School is a Middle School operated by the Gwinnett County School System. This two story renovation began at the end of the 2009-2010 school year that required a fast paced turnover. Equipment installed included an Evapco cooling tower, 2 Precision boilers, 7 pumps, a heat exchanger, 9 variable air frequency drives, Innovent rooftop units and energy recovery units, 9 Mitsubishi fan coil units, 118 Climate Master water source heat pumps and 4 TPI electric unit heaters. Also included in our direct scope was coordination of electrical and plumbing subcontractors. Direct digital controls were installed by Frazier Service Company.
