On this project, Shumate Mechanical installed the HVAC system for the new fourth & fifth grade 3 storey building that houses classrooms, media center, cafeteria, kitchen and administrative area. Equipment installed included 6 Carrier rooftop units with isolation curbs, 1 make-up air unit, powered induction units, 1 ductless split system, 4 ceiling exhaust fans, 7 exhaust fans and 1 electric heater. Direct digital controls by Commercial Controls of GA.
