The Newton County Administration Building is a three story, 61,244 sq. ft office structure located in Covington, Georgia. We installed the HVAC system for the space per engineer plans and specifications. Equipment installed included 2 80 Ton York roof top units, 41 York power induction units, 33 York variable air volume Units, and 4 Mitsubishi ductless splits. Also installed were ductwork, piping and insulation.
