This project was an addition to of 71,500 sq. ft. to the St. Phillips African Methodist Episcopal church. The 2 storey addition included administrative offices, a fellowship hall, athletic area and a cafeteria. Shumate Mechanical installed the mechanical system per plans and specifications. Equipment installed includes 15 Trane rooftop units, 1 Trane air handling unit, 9 unit heaters and 5 Penn exhaust fans. Direct digital controls were installed by Control Concepts.
