Shumate Engineering department designed a HVAC system that services the classrooms, gym, administrative offices, kitchen and common areas. Work started with demolition in the existing space, followed by the install of duct, piping, controls and equipment that included fan coil units, heaters, rooftop units, a split system and hoods. Direct digital controls were installed by Controls Concepts Inc (CCI).
