Complete renovation of this Single Story Office Building purchased in 2000 for an eSolutions Division of a large corporation. The pictures you see to your left include the continued installation of the ductwork. See you soon!
HVAC Scope Summary:
Demolition of all roof mounted equipment, installation of New Equipment including Two Centrifugal Water Chillers, Three Cooling Towers, Variable Air Volume Roof Mounted Air Handling Units, Terminal Units with Hot Water Heat and Exhaust Fans.
