The General Contractor for this project is Brasfield and Gorrie. The building serves as a community center for the surrounding apartment and housing complex.
 
HVAC Scope Summary:
The HVAC system consists of Trane Voyager III and Intellipak rooftop units in conjunction with PIU/VAV terminal units. The rest of the facility is served by Trane split system units, both hot water and electric heat. The building also features direct drive Domex centrifigal roof exhausters, as well as a Fumex Fatrap up blast exhaust fan. Both the kitchen hood (with Ansul fire protection) and the make-up air units are Sun Air.
