25 story luxury condominiums
At the 25 story condominium building, Shumate Mechanical installed 105 split systems and 2 ductless splits to service 83 luxury condominiums suites and the 6th level pool and amenities. For the 4 level parking deck, exhaust and ventilation fans were installed. Also installed were stairwell pressurization fans and an Aaon unit to service the elevators and lobbies.
