We install and service all major brands of equipment in commercial and residential applications, both new construction and replacement. In the commercial market, Shumate specializes in design-build shell and tenant finish projects.
Our company holds many maintenance agreements with commercial tenants, and has participated in many upgrades and renovations with those same tenants. We also monitor mechanical systems off-site and install building automation control systems.
